At Aircol Multi Services and Total Solutions Pvt. Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality services, but if you are not completely satisfied with your booking, our return and refund policy is here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


You may be eligible for a refund or re-service in the following cases:


✔️ Service Not Delivered – If the booked service was not provided due to our inability to fulfill the request.
✔️ Unsatisfactory Service – If the service provided does not meet the agreed quality standards, subject to review.
✔️ Wrongly Charged Amount – If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error or overbilling.
Conditions for Refunds & Returns
🔹 Time Frame: Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.
🔹 Proof of Issue: Customers may be required to provide images, videos, or other evidence supporting the claim.
🔹 Verification Process: Our team will review and verify the claim before approving a refund or re-service.
Non-Refundable Cases
❌ If the service has been completed as per the agreed terms.
❌ If the dissatisfaction is due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., third-party interference, customer negligence).
❌ If the request is made beyond the allowed time frame.
Refund Process
✔️ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
✔️ For COD payments, refunds will be credited via bank transfer or UPI.
✔️ Partial refunds may be issued depending on the nature of the complaint.
