Service Booking & Payments

🔹 Payments can be made online or cash on delivery (COD) (where applicable).
🔹 Aircol reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Cancellations & Refunds
🔹 Service cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
🔹 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days as per our refund policy.
🔹 In case of unsatisfactory service, customers can request a free reservice within 24 hours.

🔹 Any misuse of our platform, false complaints, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension.
🔹 Customers should report any issues within 24 hours after service completion.
